Easy Berry Cobbler
Summer is here and fresh berries are out! As soon as I picked the first berries I knew I had to make a cobbler. This easy berry cobbler is quick and delicious.
Ingredients:
¾ stick butter
1 ¼ cup sugar, divided
1 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
¾ cup milk
2 ¼ cups of berries(I used blackberries and blueberries for this one)
Directions
Preheat the over to 350. Melt the butter in a 9×9 baking pan. Combine ¾ cup sugar, 1 cup flour, 2 tsp baking powder, and ½ tsp salt. Add ¾ cup milk. In a separate bowl add the berries and ½ cup sugar. Pour the batter over the butter starting in the center of the pan. Pour the berries in the center of the batter. Cook for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
My baking pans were occupied when I made this so I improvised and used a pie dish. It was a tad small but did the trick for me to at least get some pictures and of course enjoy a delicious cobbler. I love cobblers but don’t often have time to prepare complicated recipes. That is why I love this easy berry cobbler recipe!
I made this recipe again last night but used peaches instead and it was so delicious! Just replace the berries with peaches and everything else stays the same.

I’ve never had a cobbler (that I remember), but this seems too perfect for the summer!
